L’AFNUM, associée à 12 autres organisations professionnelles, publie un communiqué conjoint dans lequel nous invitons les législateurs européens à clarifier la proposition de règlement sur les données (Data Act). Les données, qu’elles soient personnelles ou industrielles, représentent le cœur d’une économie numérisée et seront essentielles à la croissance de demain.
Bien que l’AFNUM soutienne l’objectif de l’Union européenne de faciliter leur partage, nous estimons nécessaire d’apporter certaines modifications au projet de règlement afin d’en assurer l’effectivité et de protéger la compétitivité de nos entreprises.
Ainsi, nous invitons les pouvoirs publics à renforcer la protection des secrets des affaires, à limiter les restrictions imposées aux transferts internationaux de données ou encore à clarifier les catégories de données concernées par les obligations de partage.
