A l’occasion de la journée internationale de l’égalité de rémunération du 18 septembre, le Gouvernement a lancé, en partenariat avec l’AFNUM, une campagne destinée à mettre en lumière la faible proportion de femmes dans les métiers du numérique. Destinée à bousculer et à faire réagir, cette campagne fait prendre conscience que la mixité est un ingrédient essentiel de l’égalité salariale entre les femmes et les hommes.

Aujourd’hui, de nombreux secteurs de l’économie sont touchés par un manque de représentativité féminine.
Cette crise est exacerbée pour la filière numérique : en 2022, seulement 24% des emplois étaient occupés par des femmes et moins de 11% de jeunes femmes suivaient des formations dans la filière informatique. L’essor de l’intelligence artificielle nous montre aujourd’hui les sérieuses conséquences de ce manque de mixité, avec l’émergence d’algorithmes et de bases de données biaisées, influencées par une surreprésentation masculine.
Depuis plusieurs années, l’AFNUM place ainsi les questions de féminisation et d’attractivité des métiers du numérique au cœur de ses priorités.
Profondément engagés en faveur de plus d’inclusion et de diversité, nos adhérents jouent un rôle proactif et précieux dans la mobilisation et la formation de talents féminins. Nos métiers sont extrêmement riches et variés et offrent de multiples opportunités aux femmes leur permettant des évolutions de carrière et une indépendance financière importantes. Afin de résoudre durablement la pénurie de compétences à laquelle le numérique fait face, il est donc fondamental de faire connaître aux femmes, dès leur plus jeune âge, toutes les possibilités offertes par les métiers du numérique.
