Cette position conjointe met en exergue la persistance de plusieurs difficultés, et ceci alors même que le texte se trouve dans sa dernière phase de négociation. En effet, la question de la protection de la propriété intellectuelle des détenteurs de données ou celle relative à la faisabilité technique de certaines obligations propres aux services de cloud sont autant de points cruciaux que les institutions européennes doivent traiter avant d’adopter une telle législation.
C’est pourquoi, l’AFNUM et les autres cosignataires plaident pour une meilleure prise en compte de ces problématiques afin de garantir l’effectivité et la pertinence du règlement.
