L’AFNUM et 13 organisations professionnelles représentant tant les utilisateurs que les développeurs de systèmes d’intelligence artificielle saluent les avancées réalisées par le Parlement européen sur le projet de règlement IA. Nous soulignons l’approche constructive qui prévaut depuis les débuts des négociations.
Néanmoins, nous souhaitons alerter les eurodéputés sur l’importance de maintenir l’approche par le risque telle que définie dans la proposition initiale , d’adopter une définition de l’intelligence artificielle reconnue par l’industrie et l’OCDE, et d’assurer la sécurité juridique de l’ensemble des acteurs qui constituent notre écosystème.
